Welcome to TextBrew. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TextBrew platform located at textbrew.ai and app.textbrew.ai (the "Service"), operated by ShoppingResult, a company registered in The Netherlands ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, or distribute the Service to third parties, except as expressly permitted under a White Label agreement.
To access the Service, you must create an account through our authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
TextBrew operates on a prepaid credit system. You purchase credits in advance, and each product content generation deducts credits from your balance. All fees are stated in Euros and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed through our billing partner.
Credits are non-refundable. Unused credits do not expire unless your account is terminated for cause. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; however, price changes will not affect credits already purchased. Subscription plans, where available, renew automatically at the then-current rate unless canceled before the renewal date.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate product descriptions, titles, attributes, and other content based on publicly available product data and information you provide. You acknowledge and agree that:
The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is owned by ShoppingResult and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the product data you upload and the content you generate using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Service or any part thereof without our prior written consent.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Breda, The Netherlands. If you are a consumer within the European Union, you may also be entitled to submit a dispute to the Online Dispute Resolution platform provided by the European Commission.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We may also send email notification for significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the Service and close your account.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShoppingResult shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ShoppingResult, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; or (d) content you publish that was generated using the Service.
We provide support for the Service via email at [email protected] and through our knowledge base. Support is available during regular business hours (CET). We aim to respond to support requests within one business day. Enterprise customers may be eligible for dedicated support and service level agreements as specified in their contract.
