Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account dashboard. When upgrading, the price difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the new rate takes effect at your next billing date.
You will receive a notification when you reach 80% and 100% of your monthly limit. Once you hit your cap, you can either upgrade to a higher plan instantly or wait until your limit resets at the start of the next billing cycle.
Yes. Our Startup and Business plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial. The Hobby plan is available for just one euro per month with no trial needed.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), SEPA direct debit for European customers, and bank transfers for annual Enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Yes. Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly pricing. For example, the Startup plan drops from 149 euros per month to the equivalent of about 119 euros per month when billed annually. You can switch to annual billing at any time from your dashboard.
